Welcome to Loving Paws Photography where I specialize in capturing the unique personalities and sweet moments of your precious pet. The love for my own dogs sent me into the world of pet photography. Join me on this creative journey and let’s make memories together that celebrate the special bond you share with your pet. I will also put you to work. It is lots of fun. We can take outdoor portraits, at your home or in the studio. It is up to you. Outdoor portraits are taken on leash for the dogs safety. They will be removed later. We all know that they are more than just "a pet” right? Let’s get started!

Mission Statement
My goal is to provide you with beautiful photos of your pet. I work to get your pet’s personality shining through as you see it. You know the look you want and I am happy to do my best to achieve that for you. Getting images that you will always treasure will be so rewarding for me. Every time I look at my dog photographs, that I have taken throughout my life, they always brings me joy, happiness and yes…. lots of laughter. Can we talk photo albums? :)

I am thrilled to say that I have been selected as the official pet photographer for this area for the “Tails of the World” book. It is a wonderful collection of pets from around the world. “Tails of the World” was founded by Caitlin J. McCall, out of Australia, in 2015. The “Tails of the World” project is an international group of professional pet photographers. We are united in our mission to make a difference for pets in need and celebrating the universal love of dogs and cats. We celebrate our local pets and the fundraising is for our local pet rescue. So far $250,000 has been raised worldwide with this project in the last three years and this year is going to be another wonderfully successful year. Now about this wonderful organization KLAWS.
KLAWS - Kawartha Lakes Animal Wellness Society is a volunteer-run foster-based rescue, saving animals since 2013. Every pet receives full vet care, love and respect before finding a safe, lifelong forever home. With no regular funding, they rely entirely on fundraising and community support. They also reunite lost pets, promote responsible rehoming and advocate for animal wellness. Please check them out on Facebook.

TABLETOP BOOK
Well it all begins with an idea and a dream. My dream has always been to make a pet portrait table top book. The sitting fee will all be given to a charity for pets. You can purchase any images you like from your photo shoot or just pay for the sitting fee to get into the book. It will be a glossy book with an image of your loving pet on one full page. Oh oh. I almost forgot. A little bit about me. :) I have been into photography all of my life. I have so many photographic interests. Obviously I LOVE to photograph dogs. I also am a Wildlife Photographer (mainly Avian Photography) and am learning all about Astrophotography. I am always learning and learning has also been a huge passion of mine.
